8. Butter and fattening oil

Many people love to eat a lot of butter and oil. If you are also one of them then you have to skip this habit in order to lose weight. Butter is very high in fat content and contains a lot of calories. Similarly high use of cooking oil can lead to weight gain. Replace the normal butter with fat free butter and unhealthy cooking oils with light oils such as olive oil, coconut oil etc. So, just by replacing the type of butter and oil, you can lose a lot of weight easily.
